The increasing demands of digital transformation and sustainability have intensified the need to integrate Electronic Human Resource Management (E-HRM) and Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM) to achieve sustainable organizational performance. This integration addresses critical challenges such as resource efficiency, carbon footprint reduction, and employee engagement in the digital era. This study aims to analyze the role of E-HRM in enhancing Green HRM practices and examine its impact on sustainable performance. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted using the Scopus database, applying inclusion–exclusion criteria, data extraction procedures, and thematic analysis to synthesize findings from selected peer-reviewed journals. The results indicate that E-HRM supports Green HRM through the digitalization of HR processes, leading to reduced resource consumption, the creation of digital platforms for environmental awareness, and data-driven measurement of sustainability outcomes. The integration of both approaches enhances organizational sustainability across three dimensions: environmental (20–30% reduction in carbon footprint), economic (15–25% cost savings), and social (30–40% improvement in employee engagement). The discussion highlights key enabling factors, including technological readiness, managerial commitment, and alignment with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies. This research contributes a conceptual framework for E-HRM and Green HRM integration and provides practical recommendations for achieving sustainable competitive advantage in the digital age.
