Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of financial compensation, job satisfaction, and work-life balance on the loyalty of Generation Z employees. The background of this study is based on the increasing level of job mobility among Generation Z, which creates its own challenges for companies in retaining young workers with high potential. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 80 respondents from Generation Z working in the manufacturing sector. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 22, incorporating several testing stages, including validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis conducted in this study revealed that the three independent variables financial compensation, job satisfaction, and work-life balance significantly influence employee loyalty, both partially and simultaneously. These findings confirm that efforts to create an optimal balance between professional and personal life play a strategic role in significantly contributing to increased employee loyalty in the workplace. This study implies that companies need to pay more attention to work-life balance in their human resource management strategies to encourage employee retention and commitment.
