Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effects of transformational leadership, work motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance at Noms Kopi in East Semarang. A census approach was employed, with the entire population of 40 employees included as the sample. Questionnaires were used to gather data from the employees, with responses measured on a five-point Likert scale. A multiple linear regression analysis was conducted using SPSS to process the data. The results show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Sig. 0.001 < 0.05; tcalc​ 6.161 > ttable​ 2.028). Similarly, work motivation also demonstrates a positive and significant effect (Sig. 0.001 < 0.05; tcalc​ 4.928 > ttable​ 2.028). Conversely, organizational culture was found to have a negative yet significant effect on employee performance (Sig. 0.001 < 0.05; tcalc​ -7.939 > ttable​ 2.028). Furthermore, the combined influence of transformational leadership, work motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance is statistically significant (Sig. 0.001 < 0.05; Fcalc​ 44.839 > Ftable​ 2.87).
