Abstract

This study aims to analyze the feasibility of a photocopy, printing, and office stationery (ATK) business using a comprehensive business feasibility approach. The research employs a descriptive method with data collected through field observations, interviews, and documentation, covering several aspects including market and marketing, human resources, operations, finance, legal, and environmental factors. The object of this study is an integrated service business that caters to students, employees, and the general public. The results indicate that demand for photocopying and printing services remains relatively stable due to ongoing educational and administrative needs. From a marketing perspective, the business benefits from a broad market segment and a strategic location near educational institutions and residential areas. Operationally, it is supported by adequate human resources and technology that enhances service quality. Financial analysis shows stable revenue with a fast payback period of approximately two months, indicating high profitability. However, challenges such as increasing competition, rising raw material costs, and digitalization trends remain. Overall, the business is considered feasible and has strong potential for further development, provided that improvements are made in service quality, operational efficiency, and digital marketing strategies to maintain long-term competitiveness
