Money laundering poses significant challenges to criminal law enforcement because the complexity of financial transactions requires prosecutors to establish not only the occurrence of predicate crimes but also the relationship between illicit assets, transaction flows, and concealment mechanisms. This study aims to reconstruct prosecutorial proof patterns in money laundering cases through a qualitative approach using Multi-Case Analysis. The study analyzed eight final and binding money laundering cases selected through purposive sampling, representing diverse predicate crimes and evidentiary configurations. Data were collected from court judgments, indictments, legal regulations, financial intelligence reports, and supporting legal documents, and were analyzed using within-case analysis, cross-case analysis, and constant comparative analysis. The findings demonstrate that successful prosecution depends primarily on the integration of documentary evidence, financial intelligence, electronic evidence, expert testimony, and witness statements into a coherent legal argument rather than on the quantity of evidence presented. Cross-case synthesis resulted in the development of the Cross-Case Prosecutorial Proof Pattern Model, which conceptualizes the sequential reconstruction of predicate crimes, financial transaction tracing, asset ownership verification, and integrated legal argumentation. This model contributes theoretically by reframing criminal proof as an argument reconstruction process and provides a practical analytical framework to support more systematic, adaptive, and effective prosecutorial strategies in handling increasingly complex money laundering cases
