The Vol. 4 No. 2 (2026) issue of HAKIM: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum dan Sosial features a range of scholarly articles addressing current issues in law and social studies, including conflicts between GATS and TRIPS in global trade regulation, algorithmic justice and personal data protection, contract law, restorative justice in juvenile criminal cases, legal protection in unilateral contract termination by curators, social stigma against former prisoners, agrarian conflicts and the protection of indigenous communities, as well as access to justice for persons with mental disabilities who are victims of sexual violence. HAKIM: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum dan Sosial is published regularly four times a year, in February, May, August, and November. Through its May 2026 issue, HAKIM continues to serve as a scholarly publication platform for academics, researchers, practitioners, and legal observers to disseminate research findings and critical studies relevant to legal developments and social dynamics at both national and international levels.
