About the Journal

Hakim: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum dan Sosial; e-ISSN: 2987-7539 p-ISSN: 2987-6737 is an open access and peer-reviewed scholarly journal published by the Dept. of  Law, Universitas Sains dan Teknologi Komputer (STEKOM University).

The journal publishes original scholarly works in the field of legal studies, encompassing both theoretical and empirical research, with the aim of advancing legal scholarship and contributing to the development of legal practice in Indonesia.

The journal's focus and scope include, but are not limited to, the following areas:

All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure academic quality, impartiality, and the integrity of the publication process.

HAKIM Journal is published quarterly, with issues released in February, May, August, and November.

Jurnal ini mewadahi publikasi ilmiah yang mencakup kajian teoritis maupun empiris di bidang hukum dan ilmu sosial, dengan fokus utama pada hukum perdata, hukum pidana, hukum tata negara, hukum internasional, hukum acara, dan hukum adat.
