SINTA Accreditation Update and Policy Enhancement
The Editorial Board of the International Journal of Graphic Design (IJGD) is pleased to announce that the journal has been officially accredited at SINTA 4 (Science and Technology Index) based on the latest national journal accreditation results. This accreditation applies to publications from Volume 1 Number 2 (2023) through Volume 6 Number 1 (2028).
As part of this achievement, the SINTA 4 indexing logo will be incorporated into the journal’s official website and publication platform in the near future. The official accreditation certificate will also be updated and made available on the journal website once it has been formally issued by the Directorate General of Research and Development, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia.
In line with this milestone, IJGD is implementing several enhancements to its editorial policies in order to strengthen the journal’s academic rigor, focus, and contribution to the field of graphic design and visual communication. The journal will apply stricter selection standards, ensuring that only high-quality manuscripts with strong originality, clear methodological grounding, and significant scholarly contribution are accepted for publication.
These improvements reflect IJGD’s commitment to maintaining transparency, integrity, and continuous quality advancement in scholarly publishing.
We would like to express our sincere appreciation to all authors, reviewers, and editorial members for their valuable contributions and continued support.
Kind Regards,
Dr. Mars Caroline Wibowo, ST., M.Mm.Tech.
