About the Journal

Hakim: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum dan Sosial; e-ISSN: 2987-7539 p-ISSN: 2987-6737 is an open access and peer-reviewed scholarly journal published by the Dept. of  Law, Universitas Sains dan Teknologi Komputer (STEKOM University).

The journal publishes original scholarly works in the field of legal studies, encompassing both theoretical and empirical research, with the aim of advancing legal scholarship and contributing to the development of legal practice in Indonesia.

The journal's focus and scope include, but are not limited to, the following areas:

All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure academic quality, impartiality, and the integrity of the publication process.

HAKIM Journal is published quarterly, with issues released in February, May, August, and November.

The Vol. 4 No. 3 (2026) issue of HAKIM: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum dan Sosial features a range of scholarly articles addressing current issues in law and social studies, including cross-border insolvency law, international diplomatic law, criminal law, witness and victim protection, land disputes, administrative and taxation law, agricultural land protection, digital vigilantism, conservatorship, and matters related to international criminal law. HAKIM: Jurnal Ilmu Hukum dan Sosial is published regularly four times a year, in February, May, August, and November. Through its August 2026 issue, HAKIM continues to serve as a scholarly publication platform for academics, researchers, practitioners, and legal observers to disseminate research findings and critical studies relevant to legal developments and social dynamics at both national and international levels.
