Article Processing Charge (APC)
KOMPAK: Jurnal Ilmiah Komputerisasi Akuntansi does not charge any submission or initial peer-review fees. Authors are required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) only after a manuscript has been formally accepted for publication.
Article Processing Charge (APC)
The APC for accepted manuscripts is:

USD 50 for international authors

IDR 450,000 for authors affiliated with institutions in Indonesia
The APC invoice will be issued only after the manuscript receives an official Accept decision and enters the copyediting stage.
All APC invoices are sent only through the journal’s official editorial email or through the journal management system (OJS). Authors are advised to disregard any payment requests sent through unofficial channels.
The APC listed above represents the only publication fee charged by the journal. KOMPAK does not impose any additional charges, including submission fees, page charges, color charges, or fast-track publication fees.
Authors are responsible for any bank transfer fees or payment service charges that may occur during the payment process. Delayed payment may affect the publication scheduling of the accepted article.
What the APC Covers
The APC contributes to the operational costs of journal publishing, including:

Editorial management and double-blind peer-review process

DOI registration and metadata indexing

Copyediting, typesetting, and proofreading

Online publication and website maintenance

Long-term digital preservation through, LOCKSS, or CLOCKSS archiving systems
Open Access Policy
All articles published in KOMPAK: Jurnal Ilmiah Komputerisasi Akuntansi are made fully open access. Readers may read, download, and share the full-text articles without subscription or access barriers, provided that proper attribution to the original work is maintained.
Waiver Policy
KOMPAK may grant full or partial APC waivers under certain circumstances, particularly for authors who:

Are affiliated with institutions located in low-income or lower-middle-income countries according to the World Bank classification, and/or
-
Demonstrate verifiable financial constraints that limit their ability to pay the APC.
How to apply:
Authors who wish to request a waiver should contact the editorial office via the journal’s official email at the time of submission or before the publication process proceeds further. The request should include:

A brief explanation of the reason for the waiver request

Author affiliation and country
-
Supporting information (if available)
All waiver requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and do not influence the editorial decision or peer-review process.
Additional Terms

No APC is charged for manuscripts that are rejected.

APC payments are non-refundable once an article has been published online.
