Waiver Policy
KOMPAK: Jurnal Ilmiah Komputerisasi Akuntansi is committed to promoting equitable access to scholarly publishing. To support authors who may face financial constraints, the journal may grant full or partial waivers of the Article Processing Charge (APC) under certain circumstances.
Waivers may be considered for authors who:

Are affiliated with institutions located in low-income or lower-middle-income countries, according to the World Bank classification; and/or
-
Demonstrate legitimate financial limitations that prevent them from paying the publication fee.
How to Request a Waiver
Authors who wish to request an APC waiver should contact the editorial office via the journal’s official email before the publication process proceeds further.
The request should include:

A brief explanation of the reason for the waiver request

Author affiliation and country

Any supporting information (if available)
Evaluation Process
All waiver requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the editorial office.
To ensure the integrity and impartiality of the editorial process, editors and reviewers are not informed about waiver requests during the peer review process. The editorial evaluation of manuscripts is conducted solely on the basis of academic merit, originality, and relevance to the journal’s scope.
The granting of a waiver does not influence editorial decisions, and acceptance of a manuscript is determined exclusively through the journal’s peer review process.
