DOI Policy

KOMPAK: Jurnal Ilmiah Komputerisasi Akuntansi assigns a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) to every article published in the journal. The DOI provides a persistent and unique identification number that ensures each article can be permanently located and accessed online.

The journal registers DOIs through Crossref, which enables reliable linking, citation tracking, and long-term accessibility of scholarly content.

DOI Assignment

A DOI is assigned to each article after the manuscript has been formally accepted and prepared for publication. The DOI is displayed on the article landing page and in the article PDF.

Each DOI is permanently linked to the article metadata, including:

  • article title

  • author names and affiliations

  • abstract and keywords

  • publication details

  • reference information

This ensures that the article can be reliably cited and discovered through academic indexing services.

DOI Persistence

Once assigned, a DOI remains permanent and cannot be changed or removed. Even if the article URL changes, the DOI will continue to resolve to the correct location through DOI redirection mechanisms.
